With extensive experience modernizing and securing large-scale digital infrastructure across public and private sectors, San designs resilient hybrid environments and implements advanced security frameworks aligned with global standards such as NIST and ISO. He has led cybersecurity modernization initiatives for critical law enforcement systems and enterprise clients, delivering measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and service delivery.
San is passionate about advancing secure digital transformation through responsible technology adoption and knowledge sharing. He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity & Leadership from the University of Washington, where he developed expertise in policy, digital transformation, and enterprise resilience. San also holds multiple industry-recognized certifications including CISSP, Network+, Security+, and ITIL, among others. His professional focus includes IT governance, cloud and network security, digital performance monitoring, and emerging technologies including AI-driven security analytics.
